I have both the black and the white versions of this and they are very different products! The white one is softer and provides more suction and stimulation of the shaft; you manipulate the buttons to push the air out and increase suction. The black flip hole is of a harder material and has more "nubs" to provide friction to the glans as you move your penis through it.

I think the black one might work best for someone who is uncut or has a more sensitive tip while the white one provides more stimulation to the shaft and area right behind the glans (sulcus).

These are easy to clean with running water but you should avoid submerging them. Water can get trapped between the soft insert and the hard case where you can't get to it and allow mold to grow underneath the cover where you can't get to it.
