Due to the safely and health concerns of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that can constitute a health risk. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-returnable. Should any item be defective, it will gladly be exchanged or repaired. Simply email us at: info@FetishZone.net within 14 days of your purchase to receive a return
authorization number. All returns must be in their original packaging and free
of any signs of use per state heath laws.
Special Orders:
Please allow 4-8 weeks delivery on custom/special ordered items, such as on Rubber Dawg,
