Very comfortable sleeve/seal. Works well. Product states "fits up to 3" diameter cylinder". If 2.5" cylinder or greater, I would suggest immersion in very hot water for a while to allow for stretch to actually go around bottom of tube. Will not split nearly as fast as the black cheaper seal. Customer service always extremely helpful!
