Pretty amazing knotted plug! Like all hollow plugs this is hard to get in alone. Make sure you have warmed up first and/or have a friend to help. I found using a knot toy first, then sitting on this on a flat surface did the trick. Once it's in, it's a lot of fun reaching back and feeling an open tail and worrying who might take advantage by stretching you til you cry. This thing adds a lot of girth to someone. Keep that in mind and make sure you ask nicely for them to go slow because my friend didn't ;)
