This appears to be one of the first reviews on the internet for this product and the rest were not especially helpful, so I'll try to be as thorough as possible here while keeping it short.

Unboxing: It comes with the product itself, and a USB charging cable (just a cable) that they state magnetically attaches during charging. No manual, no guide whatsoever, but it is a 1-button device so it shouldn't be difficult to figure out. The upper material is indeed silicone, but the middle part has a hollow-ish feeling (gives to the fingers) and the upper bulb houses the vibrator and is a bit stiffer. This is good to transmit those vibes! The base is a hard but smooth plastic and so far has held up to faucet water getting all over the toy.

Here's an overview of the different functions: Hold button for ~2 seconds to turn on or off. While on, tap button to toggle between 4 modes. The modes are: Low steady, High steady (my favorite), 1/2 sec on 1/2 sec off, and a sine-function high to low spanning ~1.5 seconds/cycle.

The device did have a bit of an initial charge, but should always be completely charged before first use. This is not stated on the packaging! When on, the light is a dull white steady. When it is charging, it becomes a flashing white light. When charge is complete, the light is solid white. *Note that you cannot charge and use the device at the same time - the button becomes unresponsive.The magnetic charger does hold the connection, but only if the toy does not move. It has the strength of a refrigerator magnet and is not secure enough to wear and charge the device at the same time. The battery lasts four about 1 hour on high constant mode, but takes longer than that to recharge.

In use: I already have a bit of experience with toys, so the size was not an issue. Insertion was smooth and easy, and though it has a funny shape it was not at all uncomfortable. The vibrator motor was surprisingly more powerful than I was expecting and is extremely quiet! A bit of background music is more than enough to completely eliminate the sound altogether. It is not immediately apparent which direction one should use this device, but after some experimentation, the best position is with the power button facing toward your back. The funny double-bulb shape makes for easy direct prostate stimulation if one pulls the toy out half-way and feels around a bit.
