The medium with flesh splotch is excellent. Sculpting is detailed but not deep grooves so cleaning is easier. Was able to take the whole thing on the first try, but be warned this size is not for beginners. I've been practicing stretching with 2-3 normal size toys for the past few months and medium will likely be more than enough for most people. Really good quality, well worth it!
