We respect your privacy and guarantee that the information you provide us will never be rented or sold to a third party. When creating an account you will be asked for your full name, shipping address, billing address, e-mail address and age (18+ verification). You will also be asked for your credit card or PayPal information when you are ready to check out so we may complete your order. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with discrete labeling to further protect your privacy.
For orders within the United States, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. For orders outside the United States we only accept PayPal. All transactions on our site are conducted using the latest encryption technology. To assure your complete privacy, your credit card statement or PayPal invoice will simply read: "FZ, LLC". There will be no reference to the contents of your order on your credit card statement.
For orders within the Untied States, you are welcomed to call us at (828) 738-6877 Monday-Friday from 9:00am -5:00pm EST. Please have the item number(s), sizing and color of each item that you wish to order ready for our team member. If possible, please create an account on our site before calling to aid us in quickly and acutely processing your order. Telephone orders can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. During peak periods, you may be directed to our voice mail if all our team members are busy. Please leave your call back number and we will be happy to return you call as quickly as possible.
For customers placing an order via USPS mail, we accept US Postal money orders and personal checks. Please be sure to include your complete name, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address and desired item(s), including quality, size and color. Please be sure to also add the appropriate shipping charges. This can be determined by using our shopping cart and clicking on "estimate shipping" charges. For customers living in North Carolina, please add 6.75% state sales tax. For customer living in California please add 7.5% state sales tax. You may send your order and payment to: FZ, LLC., P.O. Box 884, Tryon, NC 28782. Please allow up to 14 business days for your money order or personal check to clear after arrival. If you wish to be notified when your order ships with a tracking number, please include a valid email address.
Order Processing Times:
We pride ourselves in processing and shipping most orders promptly within 1-3 business days of receipt. Occasionally slight delays may occur due to temporarily out of stock items, which we will notify you by via email. Due to the popularity of our Fetish Zone branded items, production times may take 7-14 days.
Determining Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs are determined by shipping weight and destination. These costs can easily be determined by placing the item(s) you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and clicking “Add To Cart”. You will then see a "Estimate Shipping Costs" window at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will need to fill out your Country, State and Zip Code and then click “Update”. The estimated shipping cost will then be displayed.
Rates are determined by the items(s) weight and destination of your package. Most orders are shipped via USPS. If your package is an odd size or weight, we may use UPS SUREPOST or UPS Ground. In most cases we may require a delivery confirmation signature if your order is over $50.00 and/or it is being shipped to an apartment complex. Please note that we do NOT ship to motel/hotel addresses. Standard ground shipping times within the continental United States usually take 3-7 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please note your requirements in the "special notes" field of your order or call us at (828) 738-6877. UPS Second day Air is available on select items at an additional cost. All packages are discretely shipped in a plain with a return address from FZ, LLC.
Rates are determined by the items(s) weight and destination of your package. We ship most packages via USPS Priority International Mail to reduce customs and handling fees. You are responsible for all taxes/duty fees charged by your country/postal system. Most orders will arrive within 10-14 business days, but occasionally delays may occur due to customs. Please note that we do not issue refunds for seized items not returned to us by customs. This is extremely rare but can happen. Please note that we are only able to insure packages up to a total value of $250.00 to the Untied Kingdom, and $50.00 to Africa due to postal regulations. Any order shipped over this amount is the sole responsibility of the customer should such a loss occur. Furthermore, we are not allowed to ship hand cuffs to Germany, or herbal enhancements and lubricants to Norway. Due to recent issues with customs, we no longer ship items to China, India, Malaysia, Russia, South Africa or the Middle East and apologize for the inconvenience.
Lowest Price Guarantee:
We work hard to assure the lowest “everyday prices” on every item throughout our site. If you find an identical item advertised on a competitor’s web-site for less, please email us the url link, along with your order number within 14 days of purchase and we will match and issue a refund for the difference in price to the original payment method you used at check out.
Once an order has been submitted, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. Our ordering process is automated so your order will be immediately processed and sent to our shipping department. Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, we are unable to cancel orders. Please order carefully!
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you via e-mail for a corrected address. Please note that a new shipping charge will apply to reship the order to a corrected address.
Due to both the safety and health concerns of our customers along with state and federal health laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood). These items include, but are not limited to: dildos, vibrators, butt plugs, enema kits, sound sets, mouth gags, chastity devices or any item inserted into the penis, vagina or anus. This policy also includes dildo and butt plug harnesses and undergarments such as jockstraps and underwear. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-returnable. We will be glad to exchange non-defective items that do not constitute a health risk for 14 days from the purchase date with a 20% re-stocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Should any item be found defective upon receipt, it will gladly be exchanged or repaired within 30 days of your purchase date. Please check your order carefully and notify us immediately if there is a problem so we can issue a return authorization number. All returns must be in their original packaging and free of any signs of use per state health laws. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number. Please provide the following information when emailing or calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, item number and nature of the request or problem. All products returned must be 100 percent complete, with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. We recommend that you insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges, unless item is defective; FZ, LLC. will cover the shipping charges of the replacement item.
Please allow 6-12 weeks delivery on custom/special ordered items, such as on Fury Fantasy products. All special orders must be paid for in advance though our site and are non-refundable. Please check sizes or other options carefully when ordering.
We are sorry, but we do not maintain a retail store front or printed catalog. We do however occasionally set-up at fetish and furry events where you can meet us personally and buy directly at our product booth. Please be sure to subscribe to our e-mail list to keep up to date on events we may be attending in the future.
